In Gratitude: Rev. Rebecca J. Brimmer

Rev. Rebecca J. Brimmer is the International President and CEO of Bridges for Peace, a Christian organization supporting Israel and cultivating Jewish-Christian relationships worldwide. A resident of Israel for over 33 years, Rebecca has been applying her strong leadership and management skills since 1993 to help elevate Bridges for Peace to its current position as a prominent and internationally-renowned friend of Israel, Keren Hayesod, and the Jewish people.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Judeo–Christian Synergism. In line with her deep regret of the pain suffered by the Jewish people at the hands of Christianity and the understanding that belief must be joined with action to make a difference—a wisdom she received from her father—she has become a sought-after international speaker and educator, passionately educating Christians about Israel, anti-Semitism, and the Bible.

In her words, “Since I can’t change the past, I will do everything I can to change the future of Christian-Jewish relations.”

She has authored various books, articles, and educational videos, and is the acting spokesperson for BFP on several platforms, including television, radio, and online. She currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of BFP’s semi-monthly magazine, Dispatch from Jerusalem, and has been a vital part of its publications team since 1993.

It has been her greatest joy to build strong relationships with the Jewish people, and Aliyah is particularly close to her heart. Under her 30-year leadership, Bridges for Peace has helped more than 100,000 Jews make Aliyah from around the world and feeds 24,000 Israelis in need—every month.
