the prize
The Keren Hayesod Ze’ev Jabotinsky Award for Exemplary Leadership was initiated in 2024 to recognize the indefatigable efforts of outstanding leaders of Keren Hayesod–UIA who have distinguished themselves by their passionate commitment to Israel and unflagging devotion to Jewish causes, and have tirelessly worked to promote the welfare of the State of Israel and its citizens, and of the Jewish people worldwide, through Keren Hayesod.
The award commemorates the name of Ze’ev (Vladimir) Jabotinsky, one of the founding fathers of the State of Israel, a member of Keren Hayesod’s first Board of Directors and its first Director of Public Information.
The Keren Hayesod Ze’ev Jabotinsky Award for Exemplary Leadership is conferred upon outgoing Chairs of the Keren Hayesod World Board of Trustees in recognition of their outstanding leadership, rare and resolute commitment to the State of Israel and the Jewish people and their tireless efforts to promote the goals of Keren Hayesod-UIA.
